Target Audience
To understand this training course you will need to have background knowledge in wood as a material, engineering mechanics and statics, and some prior experience of numerical and statistical modelling. The target audience is early career researchers who have recently started to apply modelling in their work, and who would benefit from learning from the trainers and from other trainees in the school.
Who can apply?
Anyone can apply, but to receive a reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs from FP1004 you must have received a formal acceptance of a place on the training school and an invite via e-COST. The reimbursements will be allocated according to these rules.
You may be accepted on the training school without a reimbursement if you do not need one. Places will be offered on the basis of the application information.
Number of participants
The number of reimbursements offered will depend on the remaining COST action budget, but will be at least 24.
Fee
There will be no fee to attend the training school.

1st March - Closing date for applications
15th March - Latest date by which all applicants notified of acceptance or not
28th-30th April - The training school
